Day 1: Accreditation and Regional Security

08:00 to 09:00	Delegation Accreditation and Badge Collection Accredited delegates collect security badges and clear the credential check at the north entrance.
09:00 to 09:15	Opening Remarks Welcome from the organising committee and an overview of the two closed-door days ahead.
09:15 to 10:15	Keynote: Regional Security in an Era of Contested Skies Major General Elżbieta Wrońska (ret.) opens the forum with an assessment of shifting threats along the eastern flank.
10:15 to 10:45	Coffee Break Time to network with accredited delegations in the exhibition hall.
10:45 to 12:00	Closed Session: Joint Procurement Roundtable (Accredited Delegates Only) A closed-door roundtable for accredited delegations on joint procurement frameworks and interoperability standards.
12:00 to 13:00	Lunch A seated lunch served for accredited delegates and exhibitors.
13:00 to 14:15	Panel: Air Defence and Layered Deterrence Colonel Marek Sadowski, Anna Lindqvist and Rafael Duarte compare doctrines for layered air defence.
14:30 to 18:00	Exhibition Floor Walkthrough and Delegation Briefings Guided walkthroughs of the exhibition floor, followed by private briefings between delegations and exhibitors.
