Who Should Attend

The Baltic Defence Forum brings together accredited delegations, procurement officers and industry partners for two closed-door days on regional defence and deterrence. Keynotes, panels and closed sessions cover air defence, command systems and the security of defence supply chains, with case studies from land, air and maritime forces across the region.

Attendance is by accreditation. Delegations receive dedicated badges granting access to closed sessions, while industry partners exhibit on the show floor and meet delegations through scheduled briefings.

Venue and Travel

The forum is held at the Neptun Congress Centre in Gdansk, a short drive from Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport. Accredited delegations are met on arrival and transferred directly to the accreditation desk.
